The Award is dedicated to an entity or institution that has implemented communication campaigns and has had a tangible and measurable impact on shaping positive concepts and values among youth or has established positive social practices.

2- Best Communication Programme to Support Youth Entrepreneurship and Projects- (Government, semi-government, and private sector)
The Award recognises an entity or institution that has implemented communication programmes to support youth projects and startups through education, providing solutions, networking opportunities, or highlighted the challenges facing youth in the business community and has had a tangible and measurable impact.
Application should include:
- A brief overview of the idea or research on which the communication programmes were based
- Plan and strategy

- Measurement and evaluation tools

Awarded to an individual or youth who launched a campaign or initiative that addressed a vital issue and contributed to enhancing government communication programmes by creating innovative mechanisms for communication between governments and the public or resulted in encouraging governments to launch initiatives or projects that serve the youth campaign's messages.
